Our founder, Dr. Antonello Bonci, is an internationally recognized authority on addiction and TMS therapy with over 35 years of experience researching, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of substance use disorders. Dr. Oms is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She has previously served as the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at JFK North Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Oms is an experienced provider of both TMS and ECT. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Dr. Oms has admitting privileges at St Mary's Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.
Dr. Oms earned her Medical Doctorate at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. She then completed both General Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami in Miami, FL.
Dr. Moreno graduated from University of Havana, School of Medicine, in 1994, and completed Family Medicine Residency in 1998 and Neurosurgery Residency in 2004. In 2005, he went to Canada where he completed a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. Since 2010 he has been working on Clinical Research on Neuroscience and Mental Wellness, completing several clinical trials on both Academic settings as well as private funded Institutions. Dr. Moreno is a Certified Principal Investigator by ACRP and a Certified Clinical Research Professional by SOCRA and trained through a board Certification on Anti-Aging and functional Medicine. His passions and main areas of expertise are in the field of Neuroscience and Mental Wellness, where he has been exploring the fundamentals of signaling molecules and ion channels for Cognitive, Behavioral and Neurodegenerative pathologies. Specifically, he has mainly focused on applying Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on patients with Depression, OCD, Anxiety, Addictions, Pain, PTSD, Stroke and dementia.
Amy Ayala is a dedicated TMS Technician, with eight years of experience in the mental health field. Her journey in healthcare began with her role as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital setting. Later, she transitioned into a Behavioral Health Technician in the mental health unit of the same hospital, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of mental health care and substance abuse disorders. Her hands-on experience includes assisting with electro convulsive therapy (ECT) procedures and administering TMS treatments for the past two years.
With a strong commitment to the well-being of her patients, Amy is known for her exceptional care and compassion. She believes in the power of TMS as a non-invasive, effective, and convenient method for individuals to improve their mental health while maintaining their day-to-day routines. Amy's dedication to making a positive impact on those who suffer internally is evident in her work.

Diana has accumulated substantial administrative expertise over the last two decades in administrative, office management, and executive assistant roles. Diana focuses on the execution of strategic administrative plans; the creation, structuring, and improvement of administrative, finance, and human resources areas.
Diana has supported C-level executives and fundamental areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, as well as collaboration with local and worldwide leaders through critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
In her spare time, Diana takes advantage of her free time to spend quality time with her beloved family, meet with friends, exercise, and travel occasionally.
