Dr. Oms is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She has previously served as the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at JFK North Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Oms is an experienced provider of both TMS and ECT. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Dr. Oms has admitting privileges at St Mary's Medical Center and Delray Medical Center. Dr. Oms earned her Medical Doctorate at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. She then completed both General Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami in Miami, FL.
